{"id":1736,"date":"2015-12-09T10:44:28","date_gmt":"2015-12-09T08:44:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.targaltinternetis.ee\/en\/lasteabitelefon-116-111\/"},"modified":"2025-09-10T14:18:16","modified_gmt":"2025-09-10T11:18:16","slug":"the-child-helpline-service","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.targaltinternetis.ee\/en\/the-child-helpline-service\/","title":{"rendered":"The Child Helpline"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Child Helpline (<em>Lasteabi<\/em>)<\/strong> provides nationwide<strong> 24\/7 free of charge<\/strong> phone and online counselling services to support and promote the well-being of children and families.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the Child Helpline is to enable all persons to report a child in need, to ensure that the information received is passed on to the relevant specialists, and to provide <strong>primary social counselling<\/strong> and, if necessary, <strong>crisis counselling to children, parents and other persons related to children.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Counselling is provided <strong>in<\/strong> <strong>Estonian, Russian, and English<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Child Helpline can be contacted <strong>via online chat on the <a href=\"https:\/\/lasteabi.ee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/lasteabi.ee<\/a> website, via phone 116111 or via email info@lasteabi.ee<\/strong>.
