    Estonian Union for Child Welfare together with University of Tartu compiled a package of educational materials for teachers and youth workers which contains thematic games, videos, tests, lesson plans etc. In addition, information about apps popular among children is being provided, which are popular among children. Material is also useful for parents and can be found on the SIC website www.targaltinternetis.ee.

    For Safer Internet Day 2024, the Estonian Union for Child Welfare, the Education and Youth Board, Tallinn University of Technology, and Telia Estonia jointly organised a thematic conference titled Smartly on the web: digital well-being and mental health. The conference focused on digital well-being and using the internet and digital technologies safely, smartly, and with more balance.

    More than 12,600 children and pupils participated in the Safer Internet Day 2022 events and activities. Many older students autonomously held Smartly on the Web school lessons for the younger students in their schools using the Estonian SIC educational material provided. New educational material for schools 'How to protect yourself and others online' which was created by the Estonian SIC together with experts and students.
